Returns and complaints:
Complaints about liquid purchased in the online store can only be made via e-mail, to the following address: Please state the order number generated at the time of purchase, as well as the reason why you choose to return the product.

The product must be factory sealed. After returning the product to us, it will be verified and then, if the cap has not been broken, we will refund the amount for which the product was purchased. The customer has the right to return within 14 days from the date of purchase.

The complaint will be processed within 5 working days from the day of receipt. First, the complaint will be read and considered on its merits. A form will then be drawn up containing your details and the reason for the complaint, which you will indicate in the email sent to us. The customer will receive a return email with a completed form to be signed and returned.
